(3) Purpose
The purpose in collecting and processing the personal data includes but not limited to the followings:


(a) to process your enquiry and provide you with the services and product offered by Shippop;

(b) to process your application or registration under any Shippop's programme;

(c) to process your orders/bookings made with us. For example, we shall pass your name and address to a third party such as our courier service provider or supplier of choice in order to provide the services to you; 

(d) to allow us to administer your registered account with us;

(e) to provide you with the services and information offered through our website or any other channel which you may request; 

(f) communication with you and delivery of information by e-mail, other telecommunication means, including but not limited to, telephone calls, short message service (SMS), fax, social media, including but not limited to, facebook, whatsapp, line, wechat and other services offered by Third Parties under clause 4 herein; and

(g) to verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you may make online. For example, payments you make through our channels will be processed by our appointed payment gateway service provider. Disclosure to the payment gateway service provider in this context is necessary for the purpose of conducting the transaction that you have opted for.


(4) Third Party(ies)
(a) Personal data collected will only be disclosed with:

(i) any company within our corporate group;(ii)

(ii) third party service providers as we deem necessary; and

(iii) our auditors, business associates, consultants, accountants and/or other professional advisers as we deem necessary and appropriate; for the purposes for which it was collected, as authorized and consented by you herein.

The sources we may obtain your personal data include but not limited to any form and/or information you have submitted, completed and/or disclosed to us, any identity materials that you have distributed voluntarily, business directory(ies) and/or listing(s) that you have subscribed to share your information.

Failing which, we are unable to process your personal data on your behalf and for the purpose stated in clause 3 herein and all relationships created or to be created between us shall then be terminated and ceased to be in effect immediately.
